Have you nailed down a behavior that you want to change (hint: pick a component of wellness to work on first)? Then start by outlining routines and affirmations that will support this change.
Then answer these questions:
1) What is your plan to stay motivated (personal development)?
2) Who is going to help you outline your PLAN (more on this in preparation tomorrow)?
