We will spend our tim together learning to create positive lifestyle habits.  Learn strategies for successful behavior change and how to keep from backsliding during tough times.  Perfect for groups focusing on weight loss, oraganization, motherhood, teamwork, resolutions and more. 

Interactive Yoga for All-Levels

This workshop is perfect for corporate functions, yoga festivals, team-building exercises and retreats. Hosting a conference and looking for a morning movement session? This is a great addition and can be booked for multiple days.  No mats required, great for beginners and casual atmosphere.
