In this variable length workshop, we spend our time together diving deep into positive lifestyle habits.  Learn strategies for successful behavior change and how to keep from backsliding during tough times.  Perfect for groups focusing on weight loss, oraganization, motherhood, teamwork, resolutions and more.

Learn the 3 phase approach to body-positive weight loss.  We discuss the psycho-social triggers that keep women in poor health and specific ways to combat them including the "3 Secrets to Making it Stick." Conversations include: how to stress less, what self-care really looks like and an intro to meditation.

Yoga for Self-Love

This is a yoga-based workout suitable for all levels of fitness.  We spend time practicing movement to make our bodies feel good and meditation to connect to our deeper thoughts. Gretchen caters the class to your audience. (Chair options available.)  Perfect for large groups of unknown skill level.
