About Your Instructor

My name is Gretchen Gegg, owner of GG Coaching, fitness educator, life coach and certified continuing education provider through the Yoga Alliance. I am passionate about helping everyone find a way to enjoy physical activity and enter the mental space necessary for a healthy life.

 

Yoga has been a transformative journey for many of my clients to heal past relationships with exercise and learn to love their body for its capabilities. In this course I hope you can experience what yoga can do for you and find a style that you love.
