30 Day Yoga “Challenge”

When I was pregnant with my first child, Alice, my friend Ana-Maria and I teamed up to host a yoga challenge We had a great time!

Now, 3 years later, we are at it again

The only challenge is that you enjoy yourself and use yoga to find a little peace every day. The challenge is simple and easy and not one of those “headstand to crow” types. It is really meant for everyone.

Here‘s the thing, we are women who understand what it is like to lose site of what your body needs because of external influences. When I think about what the 3 years between challenges held I’m astounded that we are still standing. But we are. And yoga is a big part of that. To me, the physical postures that are practiced in a yoga class are exactly what my body needs. And the meditation is where my mind slows down and I regain my focus.
