When are the Small Group Coaching Sessions?

They are all held on Sunday nights at 7:30pm central every other week starting June 13th. If you can't make a session it is perfectly fine and they will be recorded so you don't miss a thing!

Can I sign up if I am already a site member?

Absolutely! This can only enhance the membership you already have. There will be no refunds or discounts, but you can choose to cancel your membership then sign up again once the challenge is finished.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The new "micros managed" nutrition protocol provides ample room for all dietary needs and makes eating carefree and easy.

What if I don't like the program after enrolling? 

I have confidence that you will love every second, however, if you don't it is fully refundable within the first 30 days if you show your work (details provided upon checkout).

I don't have great internet, will that be a problem?

For our small group coaching, probably. We use Zoom because we can see each other and have a real group chat.  You shouldn't have any trouble accesssing anything else though.

Gretchen Gegg is The Body Positive Fitness Coach and she is dedicated to teaching people that food is worth eating and exercise doesn't have to suck.  Her ideal Hot Girl Summer day starts off with Yoga on the beach followed by a day relaxing at the pool with friends.  For dinner is wine pairing at a fancy restaurant and coming home early to snuggle her girls.
