About the event
This is a FULL DAY event as part of our Beach Retreat that will provide you certification in Mental Health First Aid.Â
This class starts at 7am with a yoga session and ends AFTER dinner at 6pm. Â ALL MEALS, manuals, materials and activities included. Â You will also get a GG Coaching workout tank and thank you gift!
