About the event

Remember those fall days of your youth where everything seemed like a fresh start?? 

Are you ready to re-create that sense of opportunity for yourself?

Consider this your opportunity!  

In the Stretch & Strength Fitness Challenge you will work exclusively with Gretchen Gegg, the Body Freedom Coach, to create habits that will stick and results that will motivate you to keep going. 

Here's what you get with this FREE VIRTUAL Challenge:

  • A challenge you can do ANYWHERE as it is held in our virtual Body Freedom Fitness studio via zoom.
  • Kickoff party to meet Gretchen and the other participants and get all the information you need to succeed.
  • 2 weeks of Monday-Friday workouts.  You choose the time that works best for you!  You can show up and do it live at 5:30am central (highly recommended) or do the replay (available for 24 hrs) if your schedule/timezone doesn't match with the live workouts.
  • LIVE Q&A starting each morning after the live workout to answer questions and help keep you motivated! This is the time to share wins or blocks as well.  This isn't just about your outer self, but your inner self too.
  • WORKOUTS DESIGNED WITH ALL BODIES IN MIND - Gretchen doesn't play when it comes to inclusion.  You can do parts or all of the workouts and you will be given a plethora of options along the way.  The important thing is that you SHOW UP!
  • Wrap Party on the last challenge day to celebrate our journey!

What do I need?

  • A small space to move your body freely
  • A way to stream the workout (smartphone, tablet, comptuer, smart TV...)
  • Equipment: dumbells or something heavy you can hold, a chair, a mat or towel for laying on the ground
  • Good idea to bring: water, towel for sweat
This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
