12 weeks to a BRAND NEW YOU! Learn how to properly engage your core and get core function back after pregnancy, birth or major abdominal surgery. Address your mindset to learn to see the strengths in your body. Get all of this from a highly experienced fitness instructor, lifecoach and mom with a REAL body! This challenge can be started as early as 6-10 weeks postpartum (do not start too early as you MUST have clearance from a doctor to continue after the first 4 weeks).
